I am a professional session musician working out of the UK and Austria available for live and studio gigs as well as for touring. I also offer remote recording as well as custom drum tracks, drum loops, and drum programming.

I can provide a variety of sounds for many styles such as Pop, Electro, Soul, Hip Hop, Funk, Jazz, Rock. I play and record on my high-end instruments like Ludwig Classic Maple drums, DW Collectors Drums, different Snare Drums, and Aquarian Drumheads.

I have worked and toured with artists all over Europe as well as parts of North and South America.

As a live drummer, I have worked for more than 20 years now, with live gigging and touring experience from 3-month legs to short notice subbing. Spending 15 hours in a van driving bad roads between gigs in Brazil, or travelling across Europe for one festival gig does not affect my playing. Being on the move is the way of living I most prefer.

No matter if I am booked as a drummer for a whole tour, only for a single gig, or for a musical production, I am always meticulously prepared and provide the best possible sound with my instruments!

Recording Drummer

I have always worked with the same attitude for different producers and studios, with many hours spent on the best possible set up, mic placement, choice of heads and tuning!

Recording means to perform steady and straight to the point for long working hours. The right social skills are crucial for intense collaboration like that. Reliability, flexibility, endurance and an easygoing manner matter the most for keeping things simple and therefore productive when it comes to human interaction.

Sound Setting

Talking about sound, the most important factor is the drummer. Being relaxed and following the laws of physics, movement, and flow generates a natural timing and sonic image that suits the room. That also helps the drums sound big.

Whether in a live or studio situation, my claim is to provide the most solid foundation for the music and the artist or band to shine! My vision to provide highly emotional experiences through best-quality groove, good vibes, and infectious energy!

I am a very good sight-reader, used to writing my own lead sheets and trained in chart reading in many styles from Big Band to Musical Theatre!
